General Manager 

We’re looking for a results-driven General Manager to lead our catering operations at Arlanda Airport. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love leading people, and are motivated by performance and customer satisfaction — this role is for you.

As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of unit operations, team leadership, and financial results. You’ll be the driving force behind service excellence, continuous improvement, and a motivated, high-performing team. What You'll Do:

• Run and grow our Arlanda catering unit
• Lead, develop, and inspire your team
• Own budgets, results, and operational excellence
• Ensure excellence service and customer satisfaction
• Drive compliance, efficiency, and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and units across the European region

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in operational or service-based senior-level leadership
• A broad perspective and solid business knowledge gained through a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics or another relevant field. Equivalent senior-level leadership experience in operations may be considered as a substitute for formal education
• A proven ability to drive results through strategic, data-informed decisions
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• A passion for people, performance, and continuous improvement
• A track record of enhancing performance and leading successful operations
• Solid knowledge of safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
